Hi, this is my first post, so I'll try to keep this solid cycle of previous posts going strong.
I'd like to introduce Metric, for those who aren't already familiar.
Their music is a little difficult for me to pin down to one certain genre, but in my opinion, they use elements of New Wave, and slightly synth-y styles, along with (vain I be by saying this) "Indie" Rock.
Hailing from Canada, they have been quite effective in making a noticeable footprint on American soil in the recent year (and a well deserved footprint, might I add). Having been a band since 1998, they continue to remain strong. They've released 4 EPs, and 4 full length albums over the course of their career.
